We want you to buy Lusus with confidence. This Refund Policy explains our money-back guarantee and how refunds work. Payments and refunds are processed by Freemius, our authorized reseller and merchant of record.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Every new Lusus license — Annual or Lifetime — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Install it, customize it, put it in front of real visitors. If it doesn’t earn its place on your site, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions, no hard feelings.

2. How to request a refund

1. Email us at support@lususwp.com (or use the refund option in your Freemius receipt) within 30 days of purchase.
2. Include the email address used at checkout and your order or invoice number.
3. We process eligible requests promptly; Freemius issues the refund to your original payment method.

3. Eligibility

• The request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of a license.
• We may decline repeated requests or cases of evident abuse.

4. Renewals

Annual subscriptions renew automatically so your updates and support continue uninterrupted. You can cancel anytime before renewal from your Freemius account. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 14 days and we’ll review it.

5. After a refund

When a refund is issued, the associated license is deactivated: premium updates and support stop, and the Plugin should be removed from the sites where the paid license was used.

6. Processing & timing

Refunds are handled by Freemius and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
